Description
Caribsea EcoComplete African Cichlid Black 20 lbs.
The secret to successfully keeping African Cichlids begins with Eco-Complete African Cichlid Substrates. These mineralogically complete substrates contain aragonite to maintain the high pH African Cichlids need. Eco-Complete Cichlid Substrates add calcium, magnesium, carbonate, and more to recreate the African Rift Lake environment. Naturally buffers aquarium water to combat downward pH drift in African Cichlid tanks without the constant use of additives. Eco-Complete African Cichlid Substrates are packed with live, water-purifying bacteria to jumpstart the cycling process. Its high internal surface area allows more room for water-purifying bacteria to thrive. Also packed in a water conditioner to remove chlorine/chloramines and reduce fish stress.
