Description
Natural wood serves as both a practical and visually appealing addition to arid and desert terrariums. It can be utilized as a basking spot, a realistic hiding area, or simply as a climbing structure for your pet to explore and enjoy!
Galapagos Cholla Wood comes from the skeletal remains of a desert cactus, making it an authentic and striking decor choice for desert terrariums that house desert reptiles or invertebrates. Additionally, it provides excellent, natural perches for birds.
This versatile wood is also suitable for aquariums! Its porous, fibrous structure draws in shrimp and aquatic microfauna, while serving as a sturdy base for aquatic plants to grow. Moreover, cholla wood releases natural tannins that gently and organically lower the pH of the water.
Includes a set of 3 wood pieces.
Size: 6 inches in length.
