Description
This Herm Sprenger® Nathe TN Snaffle has a 20 mm flexible mouthpiece made of hypoallergenic thermoplastic over a steel core. The design impacts the lower jaw and tongue and is to be used with two pairs of reins. The lower rein doses the strength and effect of the chinstrap on the lower jaw.
Best served in the sensitive rider’s hand, it is commonly suitable for mouth-sensitive horses with pronounced forward thrust and for horses that pull downward. The sliding of the mouthpiece prevents too much pressure on the tongue. Bit guards are included to protect the lips. Stainless steel cheeks have 70 mm center rings.
Benefits of the thermoplastic mouthpiece:
Appreciated by sensitive and mouth-sensitive horses.
Promotes bit acceptance.
Excellent tolerance and hypoallergenic.
Food-safe, solvent-free, no plasticizers.
Smooth surface with no eraser-effect.
Temperature-neutral and highly flexible when cold.
Dimensionally stable; high mechanic resistance.
