Description
One of the Dude’s favorite types of wood, the Pacific Driftwood. 100% natural and sustainably sourced. This type of terrarium, paludarium or aquascaping wood looks like Malaysian driftwood’s sidekick. It shares a similar texture and surface to Malaysian driftwood but with much more knots, tangles and overall character and is slightly more dense. This a favorite with Terra Firma and Terra Aranea. It’s knot like appearance and uniqueness really brings your habitat together. This wood is great for all habitat types.
Facts:
Pacific Driftwood will leech tannins which can cause a slight yellow or brown tint to your water. This is natural and the effects will reduce over time. Boiling the wood prior to use can decrease the tannins leeching.
Pacific driftwood is buoyant and will float.
