Description
Sera Internal Filter L300 is an air-driven sponge filter designed for efficient aquarium maintenance. Operating as a mammoth or airlift pump, it uses an air pump to channel water through a hose into the standpipe. As air rises, it pulls aquarium water along, which then filters back through a fine sponge with an optimal surface for mechanical purification. This sponge also hosts beneficial nitrifying bacteria essential for breaking down pollutants. Perfect for nurturing tiny larvae and juvenile fish, this filter prevents them from being sucked into standard filters due to their size and unique swimming patterns.
