Description
Many believe reptiles cannot see red light, but this is a misconception. Nocturnal reptiles don’t require it as they see well in darkness, while for diurnal reptiles, it may interfere with their sleep patterns. Nighttime lighting can also disturb your reptile’s natural circadian rhythm.
For a suitable nighttime heat source when temperatures drop too low for your reptile, consider the Exo Terra Ceramic Heater as a better option.
